Welcome to my research project focused on the Education and Training Career Cluster. Before we get started, let me take a moment to introduce myself. My name is M’leigh Cleveland, and I am currently pursuing a degree in Integrated Studies with minors in Business, Environmental Studies, and Geography.
My long-term goal is to become an elementary school science teacher who inspires curiosity in young students about the ever-changing world around us. I aim to create a classroom environment where exploration is encouraged and learning feels like an exciting adventure.
Through this project, viewers will gain a better understanding of what a career in Education entails – from its historical roots to its current and future trends. I also explore how my interdisciplinary background contributes to my preparedness for this path and how the skills gained through my minors can be integrated into this career and support my development as a future educator.
